DPE’s 2024 version of its Guide to Organizing Professionals. breaks down professionals’ attitudes towards unions and provides pointers to develop strategies that will win over professionals in an organizing campaign. It relies on survey data from nonunion professionals and analyzes professionals’ preferences by age, work sector, political party, gender and age, race and ethnicity, and earnings.
